Founded and ran my own digital agency from 2020 to 2025, owning strategy, architecture, delivery, client relationships, and the team. The portfolio includes Canin, Maher, ROI, Sabzwari, and Hasib Sadeqi Group.
Problem
Client delivery involved more than implementation: briefs, architecture, team coordination, and client relationships all needed ownership.

Own the complete brief
Running Cyborg Tech combined strategy and client relationships with engineering. I was responsible for the work from the business conversation through architecture and delivery.
Build across the stack
I worked as a full-stack developer while running the agency. This connects hands-on engineering experience with the wider decisions involved in delivering for clients.
Keep the team and client connected
Team responsibility and client relationships were part of my role alongside technical work. The agency portfolio includes Canin, Maher, ROI, Sabzwari, and Hasib Sadeqi Group.
Taking the product to customers
My work also included representing Cyborg Tech in person, presenting and selling Canin to dental professionals.
